Involvement
Responsible for the selection, design and implemention of a CMS based website (Sitefinity) to ensure that the site was easily maintained and updatable by non-technical personnel. Key elements of the design were to ensure that the multiple health and safety disiplines of the organisation were adequately representated. Ensured that the website reflected and enhanced the brand focusing on a great user experience for better conversion rates.
SME.CARDINUS
Sme.cardinus.com is Cardinus' ecommerce site and is targeted towards small and medium sized enterprises. Growing historically from a pay-per-click site the company wanted to explore new avenues to market whilst ensuring existing customers had a more streamlined journey to maintaining risk compliance.
Involvement and process
After initial stakeholder brainstorming workshops the following key requirements were agreed upon:
- Ensure new customers from small medium businesses would have a clear path to achieving their goal of purchasing the relevant solution to their compliance need
- Ensure existing customers seamlessly renewed their licenses
- Enable existing customers to take advantage of new or relevant products
- Enable cross discipline selling
- Explore new avenues to market through partner reselling
- Save on back-office resources by reducing customer service time
